I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Barclays (Kumasi, Ashanti) in Sep 2010

Interview

Was recruited through an agency called MONTRAN. First took the uptitude test which has over 600 candidates. The minimum pass was 60%. Qualified for the exam so was invited for the interview where the panel asked a lot of questions about what the employer does and the position I had applied for. Was successful for the interview. Was then called about three days later to complete the process for employment
