Interview
I started as a contract staff. Conversion took a very long time in my case because of headcount availability.
I was interviewed 4 times - Hiring Manager, Technical Interview, Soft Skills Interview, HR.
Everything went smoothly during interview because more or less they know that I have been working for Barclays for more than a year.
Focus of interview was on what I am currently doing, technical background that I have, etc.

QC and Issue resolution analyst - court orders.
Final stage interview - no second interview.
Lasted an hour. Interviewed by 2 people.

Tell me about a time you dealt with operational risk and controls
Started with an HR screening followed by two rounds of interviews with the hiring manager, offer rolled out within 2 weeks of the interview. Positive feedback overall, interview questions maybe analytical in nature.
Amazing, 5 rounds in German language.
Very smooth, quick back to back rounds, and results are quick
HR round, then a Technical round, Then a asseesment round where excel data had to be analysed, then a team fit round, then a director fit round, overall a standard process for any Bank
