Good process at the interview and very pleasant interviewer - good questions and areas of focus. I enjoyed the time spent very much indeed . Not sure if I will get the job though
Skills based interview for one part and then followed up with a technical interview/case study project. Was very much characteristics based and involved VPs to MDs. The case study involved follow up questions and scenario changes.
