Interview
Barcap's representatives are very nice in general. If you have questions don't hesitate to reach out to them. I contacted one of our alumini and he actually called back and gave me a mock interview before I went to the actual one. On the interview, I was asked to walk the interviewer through my resume first. He jumped in when he saw some interesting parts. He did a lot of talking along way too, so time passed really fast. Also asked why investment banking. Also a stock pitch and two simple brain teasers. I was pretty lucky to have an easy interviewer.
Overall a fairly standard IB interview. The first round is a good mix of behavoral and technical questions. Very friendly and encouraging envrioment really enjoyed getting to know my interviewer.
SHL test-->1st round-->AC

Very standard IB SA interview
Didn't make it to the AC (really low pass rate for the first batch of 1st round)
First round behavioral and diversity summit final round mix of behavioral and technical. Technicals were basic 3 valuation, view of markets, resume. 2 interviews for final round each 20-30 mins.
