you submit your resume through someone you know. You are in. There will be 4-5 onsite interviews and then HR contractor will try to pay you as much as s/he can. You don't need to negotiate, HR will negotiate and try to pay higher so that it gets higher commission and management could show low attrition.

Vice President for market research space.Required skills include strong knowledge of LLMs, RAG, agentic workflows, MCP, AI-ready retrieval pipelines, prompt/context construction, data modeling, and experience with APIs and various data pipeline types.
Painfully slow, bad communication, unreliable and unexplained demands for experience in niche areas, ads for roles continue to run even after they are filled. Jobs re-advertised and HR not proactive.
