Online tests were an absolute nightmare. Hours of totally irrelevant situational multiple choice about how you'll behave in ridiculous situations. Verbal and numerical reasoning side pretty straightforward but still a ridiculous time burden at the front end.

Was a lot like my other interviews for other grad roles, practice answering basic questions I would say is key and try your best! Interviewer was good at his job but found it hard to communicate certain questions
The interview process was very quick and communications prior to the assessment day very poor - the link to the video call for candidates didn't work. However on the day the interviewers were engaging and seemed to care and enjoy their jobs and wanted the best from the interview.
