I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Barclays (Allahabad) in Oct 2015
Interview
The first round was MCQ on logical, reasoning etc and the other MCQ - 15 questions on finance, 45 on java programming. After that Group Discussion was there. Then 3 rounds of F2F interviews. First round was technical. 2nd and 3rd rounds were HR. The overall process is not much hard. But they check if the candidate is really interested in starting a career in finance. So, prepare some basic concepts of finance to impress the interviewers. Also, read about the history of the company. They sometimes tend to ask questions on that. Show genuine interest in the company.
