The whole interview process was nice. The interviewers were friendly and made me calm when I felt nervous at the start of the interview. Even though I didn't get the job because of the interview outcome. However, the interview process was worth the time because I learnt from the feedback.
When I was at Barclays the interview was with a team leader, they asked questions about your previous experience and skills to assess against the criteria for the job, it is a good role.
