I applied online. I interviewed at Barclays in Jan 2022
Interview
Took 1 month and was very nice. I got the offer easily after an interview. Not exam written for the role I applied, but other positions include an exam. It's a nice place to work and to grow as a young professional. You get opportunities worldwide given the multinational aspect of the bank
If I had to narrow it down, I would say that the best description of the interview process as a whole is that it was professional and comfortable overall. The recruitment team did a great job keeping me informed along the way.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Barclays (London, England) in Jan 2024
Interview
Two rounds of interviews. Initial screening with recruiter and then interview about CV and experience with hiring manager. Not difficult and what you would expect. Was a good experience overall.
The interview process was very welcoming with no pressure. All the participants where polite and explained the position offer very clear. The facilities are easy access and no negatives points to add at this moment
