I applied online. I was contacted by a person in their quant group via email. Very positive interview experience, which lasted about an hour. I got questions mostly on stochastic calculus and a few on c++ programming.
apply, OA test. There are many questions. They refer quant, communication, calculation, EQ and etc. The interviewees can do the practice before the real test. It is necessary to finish on time and quickly.
It was a video interview. There were four questions (except for the microphone test question), and each was given 30 seconds to think and 2 minutes to answer. The whole process took about 20 minutes.

You had to answer numerical and business type question through multiple choice, essay and recording video responses. After that an assessment centre and final interview.
