Applied online. Interviewer was a new hire, very friendly. First round interview consisted of a few technical questions, but mostly questions on my resume. I think getting through the first round is a matter of staying on your toes, knowing your resume very well and knowing facts. Asked about python optimization as well.
apply, OA test. There are many questions. They refer quant, communication, calculation, EQ and etc. The interviewees can do the practice before the real test. It is necessary to finish on time and quickly.
