I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Barclays (New York, NY) in Jun 2024

Interview

Brief informal chat with the co-hiring manager and then with the hiring manager. It went so well (no technical discussion). He said you'll do good in next round and right after HR sent an email you're not adding anything new than the internal candidates. Very odd and unprofessional.
