Interview
After submitting a CV and covering letter I was asked to do a Skype interview with two managers. It lasted around 30 minutes and the people interviewing me were friendly and didn't put you under too much pressure.

Why Barings? Why the role of Investment Analyst and why Equities in particular? Also asked questions about my degree and work experience.
