I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Barings (London, England) in Feb 2021
Interview
Long process but it allowed you to get a good sense of the team that you would be working with, and how you all interacted together. More a conversation than an interview alot of the time. 3 initial interviews, 1 investment pitch/discussion which included 30 min chat after, and then another 2 interviews.. finishing up with H&R and global head of equity. Questions weren't designed to necessarily catch you out, more to highlight your thought process and how you handled difficult situations. Positive experience!
