First round telephone interview, shortlisted for AC - back to back interviews with MDs and assessed networking with employees. Well organised and were told interviewers beforehand. You give your desk preferences before and they try to allocate you for those desks - ultimately it’s up to the MD if they don’t want you on their desk

Starts off with an HR screen. Asks candidate how they heard about Barings and why they are interested in the opportunity. Also asks candidates to preference different groups within the firm. The next round was Superday with people from the preferences groups.
