I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Barings (New York, NY) in Mar 2021
Interview
The interview your typical, standard analyst interview process. The first round consisted of an HR screening interview with behavioral questions. Next round was with individual group where technical questions came up.
Casual w hr on phone fo prescreening. group interview w/team, hiring manager final interview. Didn’t seem to have time to answeror care about my question regarding work culture and publicised turnover, litigation.
First round telephone interview with HR, 2nd round with 3 x 30min interviews. HR were very kind, but clear that they were very unorganised. Took long to get back to me after both rounds, and had to chase up multiple times.
It was first a half an hour personal fit interview followed by a one hour case study. I had multiple interviewers at the same time - all of which were really nice.
