The process consisted in three stages: initial application, HR phone interview and final ‘super fay’ round with three consecutive interviews. The HR interview revolved strictly around competencies questions and skills, whereas the final round had more in-depth questions regarding my previous experiences, the actual job requirements, and commercial awareness.
