Phone screen with HR, 30 minute zoom with associate director, 30 minute zoom with MD, 3 hour superday with 5-6 MDs. Pretty sloppy firm that takes vacations same time as interviews are going on, leading to extended delays and scheduling problems. Took me 2 months to finish and they ended up ghosting me anyways. This was after I told them I had an offer and basically forced their hand to rush a superday. They say to expect work work 60-70 hours a week and some of the associate directors are a lot less sociable. Not too great of a shop, highly unprofessional and slightly neurotic management.
