Barings Technology Lead interview questions

I too can attest to the fact that this place will ghost candidates. I interviewed with them in 2019 and the experience was very similar to that described by the other candidate who was ghosted. Things were going great. They showed great interest in my candidacy and made me believe that I would be getting an offer after the 7-8 hours I had spent interviewing with them. And then when I heard nothing, I emailed them and there was radio silence. I heard nothing from them for 2 months. And then suddenly a form email shows up stating that they had decided to move on with another candidate. No sense of decency and I am not surprised why they employees working there think this place is toxic.
