Applied online. The phone screening occurred on a weekday afternoon. After the phone screen, two in-person interviews were conducted. After both interviews they got back to me after the time they said they would for an update.

What do you like about Barr as a company over others?
Just got a phone interview, they asked standard questions about the position. But weren't very professional and didn't give good answers to my questions. I don't think they really knew what position they were interviewing for. I never heard from them after, definitely a waste of time.
