More of a subjective fit / don't fit type of interview. It was mostly open ended which made it tough to gauge performance. Phone screening with HR rep and engineer. Mostly behavioral/STAR questions, some job preference questions, and 'Have you ever done x' questions that weren't tailored to my experience. About 15 minutes at the end to ask questions.
