I had the interview with the director of UX, which was a very good experience, gave the impression of a very pleasant, kind person which has his team and process very organized and with a clear direction. He gave me a project to do so they can see my skills and process of work with the intention of then sharing and presenting with the team. Given I couldn't do the project, he worked with me to do a whiteboard exercise instead.
I also had an interview with the team which all made a great impression of a collaborative team that are made of professionals. They challenged me with questions about my design thinking, choices and process - all in a respectful and well done way.
I didn't make the cut, but according to the process and the people I met I had to write a positive review here as I have a lot of respect to teams and companies that seem to run well.
If you are a candidate wondering if you should invest the time and do the project - I would highly recommend to go for it and do it.
