You have to pass a test that consists a mix if linux questions and network questions. It helps to know about SMTP specifically and mail flow. Then you will interview with the lead engineer to review the answers.
Long written test time Linux stuff sql stuff, small rooms, more talking I was just really really long. I mean it felt like an hour how long must it be.
