I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Barry-Wehmiller (New York, NY) in Jun 2018
Interview
Interviewed at BW Papersystems in Milton PA. Everyone there was very nice. Very relaxed culture. They consider a dress shirt and khakis to be over dressed. Only about a dozen people working there in that particular office. They use a fab shop a few miles away to produce their adhesive mixing equipment. They plan on giving me a job offer in the next few days and I plan to accept.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Barry-Wehmiller (Loveland, CO)
Interview
Giant waste of time. I was contacted by a 3rd party recruiter and spent several hours of my life interviewing (including a long in-person) and no one ever called me back, despite me contacting one of the managers I interviewed with. Never got a response from management, or from the recruiter after 3 months. This shows a total lack of respect for people's time and efforts put forth.
If they treat people they're courting this way, I can't imagine how they're treating their employees.
