I interviewed October of 2021 with J. Ingram for a position in Billerica, MA. The interviewer called me 20 minutes late and was woefully underprepared for the interview, as he started by asking me questions meant for another candidate. Once we got past the initial conversations, the interview went more smoothly, with the interviewer asking me questions about my qualifications and knowledge. Overall, it was an easy interview but the terrible start to the interview brought my overall impression of J. Ingram as a manager very low. I would not want to work for someone who does not communicate effectively.
