I applied online. I interviewed at Barton Malow in May 2024
Interview
Very simple and quick process to get through the interview round, and offer. HR was helpful in answering questions, and making sure I had what I needed to make educated decisions. There was not multiple rounds which was nice.
Process of talking with the team in the beginning was good and professional. Later on in the interview process, problems arose with communication being bad and employees not enthusiastic with other team members or their project(s). Did not get a good sense that it would be a good fit for me.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Barton Malow (Charlotte, NC) in Nov 2019
Interview
I had three phone interviews asking about why I wanted to go into construction. What my experiences were, the typical. Then I had a sit down interview with three people and all asked me questions.
