I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Base (TX) (Austin, TX) in Jun 2025

Interview

On-site panel with a 30 min technical presentation/Q&A followed by 5 or 6 1 on 1 technical interviews with the panelists (mix of MFG, Design, Supply Chain, Deployment). Got a call with the job offer 2 hours after leaving the office. Recruiter and hiring manager were super responsive and had updated offer letters within 24 hours. The most swift job interview process I could imagine.

Reviewed the actual product in person and was asked what I thought were the most common failure modes, most inefficient manufacturing processes, and possible critical failures if certain components were loose in high voltage areas.
