A panel interview of 4 stages after 1 interview with HR and second interview with a Hiring Manager. The panel is 3 Tech Interviews and another one with Hiring Manager again. Resulting in total 6 interviews. Almost a whole work day no one is going to pay you. Everyone was extremely nice and I really liked the company. They would tell you "wow" and "impressive" and "that is a very interesting approach" only to refuse your candidacy with words "not now" to make you feel better. I understand I am not genius or prodigy and honestly say if I don't know something. But at least a detailed feedback what went wrong would be highly appreciated - maybe indeed there is something wrong with my skills or maybe I was a bit nervous. It would be a great opportunity to self reflect and become better. If the reason is about compensation - it is always possible to trade and make a deal. Anyways it is great to grow with the company and the team. If the reason of the rejection is because they decided that "we don't need another head in the team" - how then you organize your processes?
