Applied online through a referral. Was contacted by the recruiting manager a week later by email. Started with a phone screen interview with the recruiter followed by a phone interview with a manager and then VP. Next step was an on-site with four 1:1 interviews. Last step was another video interview with the VP. The interview process was quite thorough and I believe they are very selective about maintaining the right cultural values in the organization - there seems to buy-in from everyone you interview with, not just the hiring manager. Overall the experience was the smooth, organized and extremely professional. Everyone at Centro was so gracious, friendly and sanguine. The entire process felt like a genuine two-way conversation rather than a typical interview process. The CEO cares deeply about hiring the right people and its evident his vision manifests throughout the organization.
