I first applied online. After a month (30-45 days), I received an email from a recruiter; we then scheduled a phone screen. This phone screen went really well. The recruiter let me know that she would pass along my info to the hiring manager and see if he was interested and wanted to move forward. He did so we scheduled another phone screen - everything went well and they invited me to their office for an onsite. The in person interview, in my opinion, went well. However, a few days later I received a generic email letting me know they had decided to pursue other candidates. I emailed the recruiter looking for some feedback. Most companies, usually, ignore candidates. I thought maybe it would be different with Centro since they are constantly talking about their culture and Manifesto, but that was not the case, unfortunately.
