On site interview with 3 rounds, each 1 on 1. The first was a general chat to make sure I wasn't crazy or anything, involving a tour of the office. The next was with a former student coop who became full time, who answered any of my questions about the coop system or what I'd be doing. Then a technical interview with a third team member.
