2 interviews with 2 different managers. They ask the basics then they administer an orion test to see what morals you have.(most fail this simple test) I had a pretty positive experience overall. Just be prepaired to sit and wait. I waited an hour before interview because that manager was late.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Bass Pro Shops

Very fun. Supervisors are very friendly. Only complaint is that i had to go a total of 3 times, which wasn't bad, but it took a while to find out. There is a test you are required to take which is 90 Questions and it is pretty much just common sense things but MAKE SURE to read the directions because they try and trick you on some of them.
