It was very cool having conversations about fishing and my knowledge of the sport to make sure I would be appropriate for the position, I was asked when I could start after the interview was over because they were very impressed.

General and brief. They were interested in my fishing knowledge and asked me a few basic questions customers might ask. I had to be willing to lift over a certain amount of weight, connect with customers who needed help finding items in the store, and managing inventory on the shelves throughout the day.
