Interview
There was an initial phone interview followed by an on-site visit. The onsite visit consisted of multiple interviews, and a group lunch as well as tour of the facility. The lunch was an opportunity to meet the other candidates, and the Bass Pro Associates whom we would be interviewing with. The interviewers were from multiple branches within the organization.
