Bastian Solutions Applications Support Analyst interview questions

I spoke to a Recruiter who was very Positive about the Company and the Position. Had a Phone Interview with the Manager and 2 others. I Never heard anything back. Based on the Previous Reports, I see why! I kind of got a Feeling that they were interested in Matching a Face with a Resume! I would have appreciated if the Manager had said that if I didn't hear anything within a Week they are Not Proceeding any Further with the Hiring Process. They knew that I know my Stuff and all they needed to do was see my Face! I'm sure they are still trying to Hire more Group Thinkers!
