I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Bastian Solutions
Interview
Spent 10 hours meeting with engineering managers and senior leaders in the department that I would be working for. These 10 hours I found out really didn't mean anything besides getting me in front of the CEO. I had a very good relationship with the managers and leaders which led me to the idea of getting an opportunity with the company. In the end, our call got cut in half because he supposedly lost connection of the call. I was told that they would follow up with me to discuss what I need to do since the interview wasn't completed. Tried to contact the company at least once a day until Friday when I got an email response at 4:30 pm that they didn't want to move forward with me. On the phone I was told, "I didn't have the experience to be confident in the role". A very messed up process that the CEO can get an image of me in 15 and those 10 hours of meetings literally meant nothing.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Bastian Solutions (Indianapolis, IN) in May 2022
Interview
Thorough, many stages and interviews with multiple people. The offer did not include details about commission and they would provide these until the job was accepted, very deceiving and not upfront about compensation.

While this interview was for an entry level sales engineering position, the company was quite concerned with my technical experience. Interview questions were primarily behavioral and the technical questions were basic, i.e. "describe your experience." Though I did not get the offer, it was an overall positive experience.
You will need technical or mechanical experience for this position.
