I applied early in the application process and I got a call from HR within a week. The HR rep was fantastic and provided constant information throughout the entire interview and hiring process. Within one day I already had a phone interview with the HR rep and scheduled an in person interview with the manufacturing manager. After the first in person interview with the manufacturing manager and a project leader I was notified the very next day that they wished to proceed with the next interview. The final interview consisted of the manufacturing manager, manufacturing director, engineering manager, general manager, and the president of Bastian solutions. Everyone created a relaxed environment and basically just asked questions to get to know me and my background. It was the best handled interview and hiring process that I have been apart of from start to finish.
