It was a phone call with a recruiter. He was super friendly. He mostly just asked questions about myself like about my schooling and past jobs and hobbies and whatnot. He also explained the job more and it made me even more interested in the job.

Interview
Easy, multiple rounds which was annoying as they seemed like they didn’t care; late to a couple of the interviews on their end which made me feel devalued as a perspective employee.
Three interviews first two virtual third in person all very easy want to get to know you, how you think, and how you make decisions. The first two interviews were one on ones with someone form HR for the first one. The second interview is with the team leader and function manager for the job you're going to be applying into and the third is with all previous interviewers and the general manager, and is conducted board style.
