First you have a phone screening with a recruiter. Then they have you do a SQL assessment on your own. THEN you have 30 minutes to complete a ~20 question SQL assessment on video call with one of the interviewers. I'd imagine it takes most people more than 2 minutes to review a table or write a script.
They then have 6 guys on a call asking questions. While they were overall polite, a lot of the questions were trick questions.
I was then told that all open positions on the team were filled, which was a lie as they told me they were looking to hire many for this role and there was no limit.
Transparency and honesty were not a priority during this process.
Overall, It felt like a big waste of time.
