Interview
The hiring process in Basware has 5 stages:
1- Automated Resume Screening
2- Phone Interview
3- Resume Walkthrough
4- Technical & HR Interview
5- Logical & Behavioural Test
Basware are very selective in their interviews process. I went through the whole process and it was a great experience. The last interview took more than 2 hours, including detailed technical and situation questions. In addition, a practical assessment took a place in the profession I was applying for “Project Manager”.
My advice is to be yourself, normal and calm. Release the stress and act in a professional way.
