Had a phone interview that went well. Then I was given a test that was like the SATs. It seemed made for an engineer and not an administrator. 24 hours afterwards the person who interviewed me sent me a message in LinkedIn to ask me to interview. I advised him that I already interviewed. I never heard anything back.

This happened a few months ago, so I don't remember the questions. If you're going to give admin personnel an aptitude test, it should be related to the position. Your "one-size-fits-all" tests isn't adequate.
