Byzantine and unorganized. Very poor interview / employee experience.
When discussing the interview experience you do not know who is talking to you and if they are on the same page as others in the interviewing process. Your point of contact will be one person who uses personal cell phones and then the offer is based on numbers that were provided, and then people you have not spoken with will convey new information or contradict what others had said, which will then result in finger pointing because the HR team is not aligned internally. It is not a unified brand experience.
For example, I was told the role had a salary of X with a
Bonus of Y, when the offer came in, it was substantially lower than the offer the initial HR rep had told me, and then they tell me that because I countered with the number they originally quoted that I wasn't aligned with them. Additionally, they never mentioned start date and were disingenuous regarding the business needs and time frame. The job had been on the market for 4 months.
The company proclaims it is a family like company that is invested in long term growth of employees, but from my brief experience it is not much more than sloganeering to help grow their employment brand for new young digital talent, which I would caution that young talent against.
If their customer experience is anything like their employee experience, this job role will have its hands full and there are many kinks to work out.
