The initial phone interview and subsequent in person meeting all happened very quickly so all signs pointed towards a swift and efficient process. I was invited to complete some psychometric testing afterwards and again felt this was promising. After this point, I was left having to follow up with various recruitment team members after they didn't respond when they said they would or just didn't acknowledge my emails or calls at all. This dragged on for weeks. After about 3 months, I was invited back for a second interview and although I was assured they were going to make a swift decision, I never did hear back. It was only after contacting the hiring manager directly to ask what was happening did I hear they had decided to proceed with another candidate. They suggested a call to provide feedback but that never happened either. My letter expressing my disappointment with regards to the experience also went unacknowledged.
