      Branch Manager Interview

      Mar 5, 2024
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Bath Fitter in Feb 2024

      Interview

The interview process was long and delayed. The branch is in need of a professional with deep experience in rebuilding. Identifying deficiencies and implementing plans and standard operating procedures. I participated in three interviews spanning over a month. All three had glowing feed back. Each interviewer stated they were on a fact finding mission and had no authority to make hiring decisions. At the end of the process the senior manager put in his notice, leaving the branch in need with no management. This was causing a hold on the hiring process.

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Bath Fitter (Fort Worth, TX) in Jun 2026

      Interview

I was disappointed and confused by this outcome. After my initial conversation with the recruiter, I was asked to complete an assessment before moving forward in the interview process, which I completed as requested. I was then scheduled for a second interview, but it was canceled the same day. I was informed that the interview would be rescheduled for the following week; however, I never received another invitation or any follow-up communication. Two weeks later, I received a rejection notice despite not being given the opportunity to complete the interview process. Given these circumstances, I do not feel my qualifications or experience were fully evaluated. This was for the Branch Manager position, and I believe my background exceeds the requirements of the role. I have extensive leadership and operational management experience across multiple states, successfully leading teams, driving performance, and overseeing business operations at a high level.
