The interview process was professional, thorough and transparent. I went through a total of 3 interviews, all were virtual over Microsoft Teams as my role is remote. Each interview started on time, and ended on time. We covered my professional experience, job specific questions and I was given time after each interview to ask questions. Bethany Taylor (TA Leader) kept me informed throughout the entire process. After each interview she committed to a timeline for next steps, she then followed through within the timeline. As my start date neared, I received equipment and a welcome package in the mail. The Friday prior to my start date, I even received a phone call from my hiring manager Pat.
