Interview
I came in and turned in an application to one of the sales associate. Two weeks had passed and I was worried that they hadn't called, so I was about to call when lo and behold, I got a call! I think they were doing several group interviews through out that week, and in my panel there were two other applicants. The manager was super friendly and nice, even when I totally blanked out when I was answering a question! She was so patient. She was asking questions and each of us had to answer. The questions weren't too difficult; they were mostly about customer service experience and "if so and so happened, what would you do" kind of questions. I got a call a week later, and I had to come back for a second group interview so that a co-manager who wasn't present in the first interview, was able to review and interview us an additional time. These were more detailed questions, but again they were all about customer service experience and describing the situations that I've encountered.
