I read up on the posts on this website, and the interview was consisted of what everyone claimed. Before the interview, I briefly studied the products and the company on bath and body works website. Yes, it was a group interview, and the woman whom I was interviewing with had an intense customer/retail experience that intimidated me. I, on the other hand, had no retail experience. Basically... 1) I picked a product that I could explain the benefits of the product really well. 2) I knew the return policy 3) I tried my best to remain confident and cheerful even though the woman next to me was nailing the interview... Honestly, I gave up all hopes after the interview and assumed that I was not going to be hired. Come on, everybody wants to hire experienced people, even in retail stores. However, I got a call a week later after they checked my references that I was hired, and the woman was hired also.
