I printed off the application that was online, filled it out, and took it to the store. A few days later the store called me and set up an interview for a few days later. When I arrived, I found out that it would be a group interview, but it was with only one other candidate.

I had to pick out a product from the store and tell how I would sell it.
Why do you want to work here?
If a customer brought back a candle 1/2 burned, what would you tell them.
Tell about a great shopping experience that you had in another store.
Group interview, asked if I had experience, what products I liked, etc
Was with around 6 other girls, sat in a circle with us taking turns answering questions. Around 15 minutes, we were all hired

Will ask you to play out sales scenario towards end of shift. Very inviting and welcoming environment from management. You do not need prior sales experience they will teach you.
