I applied in-person. I interviewed at Bath & Body Works in Sep 2012
Interview
The B&BW at my mall was hiring so I went in and did an application in store. The associate I gave my application to invited me to a group interview the next day. It was me and 3 others with the store manager and it was for a part-time, year-round job. She went over the basics of the store, uniform, typical hours and such. Asked what we considered to be good customer service, what qualities we look for in a manager, what section of the store we thought we'd fit in best, a time when we exceeded a customer's expectations, etc. Then she had us sell an item we had on us to her. It was a really easy interview overall. Afterwards, she said she respected our time and would call us even if we did not get the job to let us know. However, I never received a call one way or another. (I didn't really mind because I decided I'd rather not work there after reading reviews here on glassdoor.)
