I applied in-person. I interviewed at Bath & Body Works
Interview
I applied and received a call for an interview. I reviewed many questions, answers, and advice from this website. Before the interview, I was asked to pick out a product of my choice. Thus, I picked out a product that I can explain the benefits of it rather than picking out a candle saying "I picked it because it smells good." I had an interview with another girl who was extremely experienced while I had zero retail experience. I thought for sure I had no chance since she was going on about her retail experience. Thus, I did my best to jump at the questions/answers and sprinkled in a bit of knowledge/facts of the company. I smiled and chatted to show the excitement for the products.
I got a call that offered me a position.
